Our Story

A community-based youth empowerment initiative

The Dala Project (TDP) is a community-based youth empowerment initiative based in Siaya County, Kenya, near Lake Victoria. We are a STEM workforce-development program for out-of-school and unemployed youth ages 17–28.

We equip young people with practical skills in climate-smart agriculture, digital literacy and ICT, STEM and innovation, and entrepreneurship — so they can find jobs, start enterprises, or pursue further training.
